mvpph Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the mvpph platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by everything written here. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age requirement.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the mvpph platform. This requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with Philippine regulations governing online entertainment. By completing the registration form, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. mvpph reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where this requirement is not met. Do not register on behalf of another person or allow a minor to use your account.

One account per person.

Each user is permitted to hold one active account on the mvpph platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, mvpph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending balances without prior notice. If you have accidentally created more than one account, contact support immediately to have the duplicate removed.

Accurate information.

All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension. You are responsible for updating your account details whenever your personal information changes. mvpph is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information on your account.

2. Platform Use and Prohibited Conduct

Permitted use.

The mvpph platform is provided exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes by eligible adult users in the Philippines. You may access sports content, casino-style games, and all other available sections solely for your own use and not on behalf of any third party. Any commercial use, resale, or systematic extraction of content from the platform is strictly forbidden. mvpph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence terminates automatically if you breach any provision of this agreement.

Prohibited activities.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mvpph platform: using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users; attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network connected to the platform; engaging in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks; colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes; and exploiting any technical errors or bugs for financial gain. Any account found engaging in these activities will be permanently suspended and relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation. mvpph reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

Content standards.

While using any interactive features of the platform, you agree not to post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organisation. mvpph reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to suspend accounts responsible for such content without prior warning. Users who repeatedly violate content standards may be permanently banned from the platform. These restrictions exist to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all Filipino players on the platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Accepted payment methods.

mvpph supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Philippine pesos (PHP) through local payment channels available to Filipino users, including mobile wallets and online banking transfers. You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name — using a payment account belonging to another person is a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted under any circumstances. mvpph reserves the right to reverse any transaction suspected of originating from an unauthorised payment source and to suspend the associated account during the review period.

Deposit processing.

Deposits made through supported local channels are typically credited to your mvpph account promptly, subject to processing times applied by your payment provider. mvpph does not guarantee instant crediting and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or incorrect payment details submitted by the user. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate duplicate payments before confirming that the original transaction has failed. All deposited funds must be used on the platform and cannot be transferred to another user's account.

Withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. mvpph reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large-value requests. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and the verification status of your account. Funds may not be withdrawn if there is an ongoing investigation into your account activity or if your account has been flagged for suspicious behaviour. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the relevant balance.

4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Player responsibility.

Online entertainment is intended to be an enjoyable activity, and mvpph is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices for all Filipino players on the platform. You are solely responsible for managing your gaming activity within your personal financial limits. Self-exclusion requests are processed as quickly as possible and, once applied, prevent you from logging in or making deposits for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. mvpph takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not use marketing communications to encourage excluded players to return before their exclusion period has ended.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disputes

Service availability.

mvpph strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally result in temporary downtime. mvpph is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from platform unavailability, game interruptions, or technical errors occurring during an active session. In the event of a verifiable technical fault that directly affects the outcome of a transaction, mvpph will review the affected session and, where appropriate, apply a fair resolution. All such decisions are made at mvpph's sole discretion.

Dispute resolution.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, or any aspect of the platform, the first step is to contact mvpph support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. We aim to respond to all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve disputes fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, mvpph will follow applicable dispute resolution procedures in accordance with Philippine law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and any legal proceedings arising from disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

Changes to these terms.

mvpph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss closing your account in an orderly manner.
